Believing that something different, bigger, brighter or healthier is possible has become a way of life for me!

I grew up at a time when most girls wanted to be teachers. But, it was my discovery and love for the performing arts that led me to seeing my potential in a different light.
Being on stage ignited a spark in me and ultimately led me to a rewarding career as a TV news anchor. At that time, the television news industry was dominated by men, with few women and rarely a woman of color. Getting my first full-time TV job was confirmation that no dream was too big for me!
Today, I continue to dream big and embrace challenging prospects with an unwavering belief. I’ve learned that every step forward, every victory over fear or insecurity brings us closer to our fullest potential, closer to being ALL that we can be.
I love being a part of the team at AoP! We are a powerful force in moving the hearts of women toward
self-awareness, transformation and new opportunities that are not defined or constrained by age.
Experience the gift of life just as you are. Don’t fixate on the gray hairs or moments of brain fog. Start that new business, find love as a senior citizen, plan that trip to Paris.
Let us nurture our potential and create a future where more women are thriving in a space of hope, purpose and POSSIBILITY!
Kathleen has created a support system for women, a judgment-free safe space to be your authentic self, a place to share stories and wisdom, and a place to learn and grow. I am truly learning the meaning of Possibility and am leaning into my possibility with a newfound energy as a result of being part of the AoP community. Kathleen exudes Possibility and encourages and inspires you to do so as well.
Kathleen fully embodies ‘possibility’. Her heart-centered way of showing up and championing other women is reflected in the following lines from her poem, The Age of Possibility, “We are not afraid, we are becoming fearless. We are not slowing down, we are gearing up to fully embrace this life”. I am always inspired when working with Kathleen, she has created a unique and loving space for women to come together in community to grow and share about life and possibility. She is a true friend and kindred spirit.
